Product Information
For industries with high hygiene requirements, such as the medical field, laboratories, and food processing, disposable gloves are recommended. This not only helps avoid cross-contamination but also significantly reduces replacement costs.
Disposable gloves can be categorized by material into disposable plastic gloves, disposable latex gloves, and disposable nitrile gloves.
Nitrile rubber is produced through the emulsion polymerization of butadiene (H₂C=CH-CH=CH₂) and acrylonitrile (H₂C=CH-CN). It is primarily produced using low-temperature emulsion polymerization, combining the properties of both homopolymers. The butadiene component imparts elasticity and cold resistance to the copolymer, while the acrylonitrile component provides strong polarity. The -CN group enables the copolymer to possess good chemical resistance, particularly oil resistance.
