Product Information
In environmental pollution analysis and food safety analysis laboratories, experimentalists are constantly pursuing rapid and non-destructive sample concentration techniques in order to obtain reliable detection and analysis of trace target compounds. The MPE Series High-Throughput Vacuum Parallel Concentrator combines the advantages of rotary evaporation and high-throughput nitrogen blow-down instruments. Based on a universal water bath platform, it adopts a precise digital vacuum control system to ensure that different samples are subjected to the same evaporation environment, thus avoiding the loss of target compounds in the sample solution due to co-boiling with the solvent at low vacuum levels.
Flip Cover Plate for Easy Operation
· Features a flip vacuum cover plate that seals when pressed down and opens with a twist, allowing for effortless single-handed operation.
· For glass tubes of inconsistent heights, optional screws are available for sealing.
Precise Pressure Control
· Built-in multiple pressure reduction modes: manual, program, and variable frequency reduction to meet various needs.
· Supports 20-segment gradient pressure control, allowing for gentle pressure gradient control during the sample preparation process when used with an optional variable frequency pump.
High-Throughput and Highly Compatible Sample Rack
· Various sizes of sample racks are available, compatible with common glass sample tubes, offering a wide range of applications.
· The fixed flange-edge design of the sample tube rack ensures efficient sealing.
· The bottom of the device integrates an infrared module that triggers a liquid level probe when concentrated to below 1 mL for volume monitoring.
· The sample rack includes a tailpipe protection module that introduces low-temperature water to cool the tailpipe sample solution, extending sample preservation time.
Diverse Condensation Receiving Modules
· Provides a 3L solvent receiving bottle and a condensation liquid receiving system with a capacity greater than 5L to meet large volume demands.
· For mixed solvents with varying boiling points, an automatic condensation drainage system can be optionally equipped to discharge low-boiling-point solvents in advance, avoiding interference with subsequent sample preparations.
